This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and Roman Sisik ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the Cosmecik software application ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Our commitment is to provide all subscribers with a powerful and seemingly "unlimited" service. To maintain the long-term health and speed of the app for the entire user community, this promise operates on a principle of fair use. If an individual account's usage becomes so extreme that it degrades the quality of service for other users or threatens the commercial viability of providing the service, we reserve the right to gently rate-limit the account. This policy ensures that the actions of a few "power users" do not negatively impact the experience of the majority and allows us to offer a sustainable and valuable tool for everyone's personal cosmetic analysis needs.

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may terminate the agreement by uninstalling the App from your
